Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 

 

1. Return Window – 3 to 4 Days
Returns are accepted only within 3–4 days of delivery.
No complaints accepted after 4 days.

2. Mandatory Proof – Unboxing Video
A clear unboxing video is required for any return, refund, leakage, mismatch, or damage complaint.Without the video, requests cannot be processed. upload Your Video on whatssap number : 9767541325 

3. Return / Exchange Eligibility
Allowed only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged, leaked, or defective

  • Seal/packaging tampered during delivery
    Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

4. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are deducted from the refund.
If customer sends product manually, they must bear courier cost.

5. RTO (Return to Origin)
If order is not accepted, address wrong, or delivery fails → it will be returned to us.
Refund will be given after deducting forward + return shipping, or reship with new shipping charges.

COD & Refund Policy

6. No COD
Only prepaid orders are accepted.

7. Refund Policy
Refund after warehouse inspection.
Takes 5–7 working days after approval.
Shipping, gateway fees, and RTO charges are non-refundable.

8. Exchange Policy
Exchange only for damaged or wrong product reported within 3–4 days.
Replacement sent after return verification/pickup.

9. Order Cancellation
Allowed only before dispatch.
No cancellation after shipping.

10. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used agro-products

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Bulk/custom orders

  • Seeds (no germination guarantee)

  • Live plants (no climate guarantee)

Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is compulsory for ANY return, refund, or damage claim.
  • Returns are accepted only within 3–4 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • COD orders are not allowed on our platform.
  • Misuse of returns (fake complaints, refusing orders) may lead to account restrictions.
  • Refund will not be processed if the returned product is found used or tampered.
